My creative juices got flowing with a journal entry by one of the artists I watch 
She has the most amazing idea and simply beautiful artwork! This was done up in about 3 hours and is the 4th scribble I did.
I am so crossing my fingers that my sketch is picked in June!
So for the sake of hoping here's a bit more info on them...
These are two OC's from a story I started a LONG time ago.
In this particular scene they are settled before the bonfire after cleaning up for the night. Neither knows it at the time but they are set to wed each other in a political marriage. Of course, it would totally help if they'd given their real names upon meeting...
Taiyoushuu (our big, cuddly, kitty) arrived on Cerina's world in order to finalize the arrangements. Both cultures have major prejudices and misconceptions of each other. He is the heir apparent on his world while she is the 4th daughter and a General to the reigning Matriarch.
Taiyou is roughly 6'8" when he stands up fully, this does include the natural bend of his legs which would probably add another 6" to him if they were straight. His overall body is covered with Medium tan (nightcrawler-like) down with dark brown tips to his ears, forearms to hands and knees to toes and tail tip. His lips are black as are his nails. His eyes are vibrant Siamese blue. And yes, he only has three fingers and a thumb on each hand with pad like sections on his palms.
Cerina is 5'10" and in very good shape (think Linda Hamilton as Sarah Conner). Yes, those are elf ears you see. Her hair is pale blonde, her skin is deeply tanned and her eyes are a stormy grey color. She's also got lots of scars. Unlike some 'nobles', she earned her rank.

*yes, I put the watermark on there cuz it can be removed if I'm picked but I like this picture too much not to. And as far as my scanner and photo shop told me this should be in A4 sizing.
This character is actually from a prequel story which is all written in notebooks... OO I'm so not looking forwards to typing all of that. -_-
