So like I said, this is not my OC. This is the cyborg version of Android 3000 and he, of course, belongs to 
. Working with the reference picture he gave me, where half the face was human and half cyborg, I tinkered around with different variations and finally decided on this "pinned" look. Kind of like they just didn't have enough skin to fully cover him. Oh, and apparently hands are no longer my ultimate weakness - men's buzz cuts are. -_- evil prickly hair.
